Rancho Viejo Resort & Country Club Privacy Policy

Dear Member, 

In addition to our Golf Course & Tennis Courts, the following amenities will also be re-opening for Members Only as of tomorrow: 
  • Alberca Grande Swimming Pool (9am-8pm Daily)
  • Las Palmas & Agave Bar & Grill Restaurants (7am-10pm Daily)
  • Total Golf (11am-10pm Daily) 
  • Driving Range (7am-7pm Daily) 
Please adhere to the following rules per amenity: 

Alberca Grande Swimming Pool 

  1. Pool is open to members only. Immediate family members (24 & under) must be listed on members account. Due to the reduced capacity restrictions, members are not allowed to bring in guests during this time.
  2. The Pool will be open for a limited capacity of per county regulations. 
  3. Please bring your own towels.
  4. No pool toys allowed.
  5. Families of same household may sit together please continue to follow social distancing guidelines and keep 6ft apart of other members.
  6. Food may be ordered via Las Palmas/Agave Bar & Grill Restaurant at 956-350-4000 and will be available for Pick Up from 11am – 7pm daily. No outside food or drinks.
  7. Face coverings are highly encouraged to wear while at the pool area but are not required.
  8. Members must pick up after themselves and Rancho Viejo Staff will sanitize the area once the member has left. 

Las Palmas & Agave Bar & Grill 

  1. The Restaurants are open to members only. Immediate family members (24 & under) must be listed on members account. Due to the reduced capacity restrictions, members are not allowed to bring in guests during this time.
  2. The max capacity for the Agave Bar & Grill is 21 people. The max capacity for Las Palmas Restaurant is 31 people.
  3. We are allowed to seat up to 6 members per table.
  4. For items needed at your table such as menus, salt, pepper or condiments, please ask your waiter and this will be sanitized and brought out to you. 
  5. Please call ahead to make a reservation at 956-350-4000. You may also continue to order for Pickup & Delivery.

Total Golf

  1. Total Golf is open to the public. It will be open for a limited capacity of guests per county regulations. No more than 4 players per bay.
  2. Food and beverage are available to order for Delivery or Pickup. No outside food or drinks. 

Driving Range

  1. The Golf Course is open to Corporate, Full Club & Young Executive members only. Immediate family members (24 & under) must be listed on members account. To upgrade your account, please email membership@rvrcc.com. Due to the reduced capacity restrictions, members are not allowed to bring in guests during this time.
  2. Range balls will be provided on a limited basis and will be cleaned in a bleach solution. 
  3. Members must stay within the designated marked area while practicing on the driving range. No gathering in groups before or after play. All players must continue to practice social distancing by keeping 6ft apart at all times and it is strongly advised to wear a mask.  

Golf Course

  1. The Golf Course is open to Corporate, Full Club & Young Executive members only. Immediate family members (24 & under) must be listed on members account. To upgrade your account, please email membership@rvrcc.com. Due to the reduced capacity restrictions, members are not allowed to bring in guests during this time.
  2. Tee times are required. We will not be accepting walk ins. You may call 956-350-3549 to schedule your Tee Time or book online via your Member Login at www.rvrcc.com. The name of all players must be provided when making a tee-time and everyone must check in before playing. Tee times will be 20 minutes apart starting at 7:00am until 6:30pm. 
  3. Please do not arrive sooner than 15 minutes before your scheduled tee time . 
  4. Everyone will tee off starting at #1 tee. Only a max of 4 players at the tee box and only one player on the teeing ground at a time.
  5. Golf carts must remain on car path around all greens and tees at all times.
  6. No gathering in groups before or after play. All players must continue to practice social distancing by keeping 6ft apart at all times and it is strongly advised to wear a mask when in close proximity.  
  7. Members who live in Rancho Viejo and have their own cart still must make a tee time and check in. 
  8. If a member rents a cart arrive no sooner than 15 minutes prior to play, please check in and then put your clubs on the cart. After the round, park in the designated area and you may head over to the Agave Bar & Grill, Las Palmas Restaurant or Total Golf to enjoy food & beverages. 
  9. No outside food or drinks will be allowed.
  10. Please do not remove the flag at each hole. 

Tennis Courts

  1. The Tennis Courts are open to Recreational, Corporate, Full Club & Young Executive members only. Immediate family members (24 & under) must be listed on members account. To upgrade your account, please email memberships@rvrcc.com. Due to the reduced capacity restrictions, members are not allowed to bring in guests during this time.
  2. Court Reservations are required. We will not be accepting walk ins. You may call 956-350-4000 to schedule your Reservation. The name of all players must be provided when making a reservation and everyone must check in before playing.
  3. Please do not arrive sooner than 15 minutes before your scheduled court reservation time.4.     A maximum of up to 4 players on the Tennis Courts.

  5. No gathering in groups before or after play. All players must continue to practice social distancing by keeping 6ft apart at all times and it is strongly advised to wear a mask.   
These guidelines will be strictly enforced. Any violation of these rules will result in suspension of Membership privileges. Due to the reduced capacity restrictions, members are not allowed to bring in guests during this time. Per Cameron County guidelines, The Fitness Center will remain closed until further notice.

  6. La comida se puede pedir a través del restaurante Las Palmas / Agave Bar & Grill al 956-350-4000 y estará disponible de 11am a 7pm todos los días. No se permiten comida o bebidas de afuera. 
  7. Se recomienda el uso de cubiertas faciales en el área de la alberca, pero no es obligatorio.
  8. Los miembros deben recoger su área.  El personal de Rancho Viejo desinfectará el área una vez que el miembro se haya ido.

Las Palmas & Agave Bar & Grill Restaurantes

  1. Los restaurantes están abiertos solo para miembros. Los familiares inmediatos (menores de 24 años) deben estar incluidos en la cuenta de los miembros. Debido a las restricciones de capacidad reducida, los miembros no pueden traer invitados durante este tiempo.
  2. La capacidad máxima para el Agave Bar & Grill es de 21 personas. La capacidad máxima para el restaurante Las Palmas es de 31 personas.
  3. Se nos permite sentar hasta 6 miembros por mesa.
  4. Para los artículos necesarios en su mesa, tales como menús, sal, pimienta o condimentos, preguntar a su mesero y esto será desinfectado y se lo entregaran.
  5. Favor de llamar con anticipación para hacer una reservación al 956-350-4000. También puede continuar haciendo sus pedido para recoger.

Total Golf

  1. Total Golf está abierto al público, para una capacidad limitada de invitados según las regulaciones del Condado. No más de 4 jugadores por bahía.
  2. Alimentos y bebidas están disponibles por pedido para recoger. No se permiten comida o bebidas de afuera. 

Driving Range

  1. El campo de golf está abierto solo para miembros Corporativos, Full Club y Young Executive Los familiares inmediatos (menores de 24 años) deben estar incluidos en la cuenta de los miembros. Para actualizar su cuenta, envíe un correo electrónico a members@rvrcc.com. Debido a las restricciones de capacidad reducida, los miembros no pueden traer invitados durante este tiempo. 
  2. Las bolas de golf para la Tee de practica se proporcionarán de forma limitada y se limpiarán con un desinfectante. 
  3. Los miembros deben permanecer dentro del área designada mientras practican en el campo de práctica. No se permiten las reuniones antes o después de jugar. Puede llamar al 956-350-3549 para programar su Hora de salida o reservar en línea a través de su Acceso de miembro en www.rvrcc.com. Se debe proporcionar el nombre de todos los jugadores y todos deben registrarse antes de jugar. Los horarios de salida estarán separados por 20 minutos a partir de las 7:00 a.m. a las 6:30 p.m.
  3. Llegar con puntualidad los 15 minutos ya establecidos antes de su hora de salida programada.

  7. Los miembros que viven en Rancho Viejo y tienen su propio carro de golf todavía deben de registrarse.
  8. Si un miembro alquila un carrito que llegue no antes de 15 minutos antes de jugar, regístrese y luego coloque sus bastones en el carrito. Al terminar, estacione en el área designada y puede dirigirse al Agave Bar & Grill, el restaurante Las Palmas o Total Golf para disfrutar de comidas y bebidas.
  9. No se permitirán comidas o bebidas de afuera.
  10. Por favor, no quite la bandera en cada hoyo. 

Canchas de Tenis

  1. El campo de golf está abierto solo para miembros Corporativos, Full Club y Young Executive Los familiares inmediatos (menores de 24 años) deben estar incluidos en la cuenta de los miembros. Para actualizar su cuenta, envíe un correo electrónico a members@rvrcc.com. Debido a las restricciones de capacidad reducida, los miembros no pueden traer invitados durante este tiempo.
  2. Se requieren reservaciones. No aceptaremos visitas sin reservación. Puede llamar al 956-350-4000 para programar su reservación. Se debe proporcionar el nombre de todos los jugadores al reservar y todos deben registrarse antes de jugar.
  3. Por favor, no llegue antes de 15 minutos antes de la hora programada para su reservación en las canchas

We are required to maintain certain personal information for a period of time for various reasons.
